Restaurants Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee restaurant brands, including cloud kitchens and dine-in concepts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multi-unit restaurant operations and be capable of leading teams, implementing operational systems, improving performance, and supporting business growth and expansion. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant brands and locations. Develop and implement operational standards, SOPs, and performance systems. Lead and mentor restaurant managers and operational teams. Monitor KPIs, sales, food quality, customer satisfaction, labor, and cost control. Drive operational excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Coordinate with central departments, including kitchen, purchasing, HR, and marketing. Support new store openings, cloud kitchen operations, and business expansion. Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions. Requirements: Minimum 5–10 years of experience in restaurant operations management. Experience managing multiple restaurant branches or brands is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with cloud kitchens is a strong advantage. Ability to build systems, manage teams, and scale operations. Currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
