Founding GTM Recruiter - Japan

As the Founding GTM Recruiter for our expansion into Japan, you will be tasked with building the entire recruiting function from the ground up. This highly strategic role requires deep market expertise in the Japanese tech landscape and a relentless focus on scaling our Go-To-Market teams. Key responsibilities include defining local talent acquisition strategies, developing robust employer branding campaigns specific to Japan, sourcing niche technical roles (AI/ML), and building relationships with top Japanese universities and talent pools. You will manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for executive and highly specialized technical hires. The ideal candidate is a native or fluent speaker of Japanese, has experience scaling global tech teams in Asia Pacific, and possesses exceptional stakeholder management skills. This is an opportunity to define best practices for international hiring at a leading AI firm.
