Offensive Security Engineer

ClickHouse is seeking a skilled Offensive Security Engineer to significantly enhance our product security and overall corporate defense posture. This role involves actively identifying vulnerabilities in our infrastructure, applications, and network through various penetration testing methodologies. Key responsibilities include conducting deep dive threat modeling, developing exploit proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and advising engineering teams on secure development practices (SecDevOps). You will manage the full vulnerability lifecycle, from initial discovery to remediation verification. The ideal candidate must possess hands-on experience with industry-standard security tools, strong scripting skills (Python/Go preferred), and a proactive, risk-aware mindset. This role is crucial for maintaining the trust and integrity of our platform in EMEA.
