Draftsmen
We are currently looking for experienced and technically strong Electrical &Mechanical Draftsmen to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting major construction projects. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare detailed Shop Drawings, Coordination Drawings, and As-BuiltDrawings based on approved IFC drawings and project requirements. * Develop detailed drawings, sections, layouts, and installation details for MEP systems. * Coordinate with MEP Engineers, Technical Teams, BIM Teams, and other disciplines to ensure proper coordination and avoid clashes. * Incorporate consultant/client comments and revise drawings accordingly. * Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, approved materials, relevant standards, and actual site conditions. * Support site teams with required technical drawings and modifications during construction. Requirements: * Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience as an MEP Draftsman. * Strong experience in large-scale construction projects. * Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software. * Good understanding of MEP coordination and construction requirements. * Ability to read and interpret IFC drawings, specifications, BOQ, and technical documents. * Previous experience in Saudi Arabia / GCC projects is highly preferred. * Electrical Draftsman: Strong knowledge of MV/LV, Lighting, Power, ELV, FireAlarm, Earthing, and related electrical systems. * Mechanical Draftsman: Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, and related mechanical systems.
