Key responsibilities include mapping current state processes, identifying bottlenecks, designing robust future-state workflows, and leading change management initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, deep analytical skills, and proven experience in cross-functional project leadership within a high-growth fintech environment. You will collaborate with product, technology, and business teams to measure impact, quantify savings, and implement lasting operational frameworks that elevate the entire customer journey. Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined with 5+ years of professional experience in Operations Management, Process Consulting, or Business Analysis, preferably within financial services.
