Manager Engineering, Compliance Core

Chainalysis is seeking a visionary Manager of Engineering to oversee our critical Compliance Core systems. This leadership role involves managing cross-functional teams responsible for building and maintaining the technological backbone of regulatory compliance solutions. Key responsibilities include defining technical roadmaps, mentoring senior engineers, ensuring system scalability, and integrating emerging global compliance standards into product features. While this position is hybrid, working from our New York office is expected periodically. The successful candidate must have deep experience in large-scale software engineering environments, coupled with a strong understanding of financial regulations (AML/KYC). This role demands a balance of technical acumen and empathetic people leadership.
