• Liaises with direct manager to ensure the support to the site and the team. • Ensure compliance of junior team members of CATRION systems to ensure that processes are followed. • Assists in the training of junior team members in the CATRION quality system ensures concepts are understood, followed and consistent service is delivered by means of toolbox talks and in post training. • Assist in the completion of employee evaluation or appraisals as per company procedure, to include improvement plans. • Conducting regular area reviews to ensure team member are meeting performance standards. • Create and encourage opportunity for employee promotions. • Complies with appropriate QHSE requirements. • Organise and manage all housekeeping and accommodation services safely and effectively. • Provide a high standard of housekeeping in living quarters, meeting company standards at all times. • Carry out cleaning, laundering and galley/mess duties safely, efficiently and thoroughly in accordance with schedules and procedures provided. • Delivery of budgeted profit through management of costs, labour costs and overhead costs • Manage client relationships through regular formal and informal interaction, dealing with and resolving issues quickly without compromising the expected profitability of the project. • Attract and retain experienced effective management team and workforce who are dedicated to the long-term completion of the project (minimize staff turnover) • Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are consistently maintained in accordance with the SACC Quality Assurance Program • Report any stores shortages or required products to team leader. • Assist in all camp/site administration. • Assist the team leader to keep within budgets for labour, food, cleaning materials and utensils and all other miscellaneous cost. • Daily reporting to own/client maintenance on technical support for preventive maintenance. • Presents positive image of SACC with client and customer. • Implement quality monitoring systems which measure customer satisfaction, client and contract compliance. • Accompany the team leader in representing the company in regular on-site client meetings if requested. • Trains all subordinates in the CATRION quality system ensures concepts are understood, followed and consistent service is delivered. • Ensures staff are inducted in accordance with CATRION policies. • Manages effective training and development of all team members identifying any gaps to direct line manager. • Leads and communicates effectively to maintain high motivation levels with staff or any other task as requested or instructed by your team leader. • Assist in employee grievances management. • Ensure the handling of daily material issuing is in line with unit budgets. • Ensure an efficient daily walk through.
