Engineering Manager, Data & Clinical Integration Teams

This critical leadership role manages the engineering effort focused on integrating complex clinical and data sources into the CareMessage platform. You will ensure that our product can seamlessly communicate with various Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and ancillary medical devices. Key responsibilities involve overseeing the entire data pipeline lifecycle—from ingestion and standardization (e.g., using FHIR standards) to secure storage and retrieval. You must mentor a team of engineers, defining technical roadmaps that balance robust architectural design with immediate clinical utility. Experience working in regulated healthcare environments is crucial. Successful candidates excel at bridging the gap between deep clinical knowledge, complex data governance requirements, and scalable software architecture.
