Production Manager

The Production Manager role is a pivotal position within our organization, where you will oversee the entire production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. As a Production Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving productivity and quality, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations. Responsibilities: 1. Oversee daily production operations and ensure adherence to production schedules, utilizing tools like ERP systems to track progress and optimize workflows. 2. Implement and monitor quality control processes, ensuring that all products meet established quality standards and specifications. 3. Lead and mentor a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. 4. Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and supply chain. 6. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to minimize downtime. 7. Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. 8. Prepare and present production reports to senior management. 9. Continuously evaluate production processes and implement lean manufacturing practices. Skills: Only candidates with transformer oil tank production experience will be considered. Minimum 5 years of production management experience in transformer oil tank manufacturing, skilled in workshop production scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site 8S management. Familiar with team management and problem rectification. Strong sense of responsibility and adaptable to factory working schedules. Proficiency in English.
