HSE Supervisor

Job Summary: Lead site HSE activities and ensure implementation of safety management systems across project operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage HSE inspectors and daily safety activities. Develop and implement safety plans and procedures. Conduct risk assessments and review method statements. Monitor compliance with PTW systems and safety requirements. Lead incident investigations and corrective actions. Coordinate with project management and client HSE teams. Conduct safety meetings, audits, and inspections. Ensure subcontractor compliance. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Safety. Minimum 8–10 years HSE experience. NEBOSH IGC required. Experience as HSE Supervisor on major construction projects. Experience with PIF / giga projects preferred. Strong leadership and reporting skills.
