Founding Operations (Recruiting Coordinator / People Coordinator)

mintmcp is looking for a dedicated Founding Operations professional to jump into two critical areas: Recruiting Coordination and People Coordination. You will be integral to scaling our company infrastructure from the ground up, supporting everything from candidate experience to employee lifecycle management. Key responsibilities include managing the full recruitment cycle—scheduling interviews, maintaining ATS data integrity, and coordinating communication between hiring teams and candidates. On the people side, you'll support onboarding processes, manage internal documentation, and assist with cultural initiatives.
