Product Designer, Coordinate

Asana invites an experienced Product Designer to join its operations hub in Warsaw. This role focuses specifically on enhancing the 'Coordinate' area of our platform, which involves managing complex operational workflows for large enterprises. You will be instrumental in making coordination tasks feel intuitive, efficient, and powerful. Key responsibilities include designing state machines for processes, visualizing complicated data flows, conducting usability testing with operations professionals, and ensuring the UI/UX supports high-volume business needs. The successful candidate must excel at translating abstract process diagrams into tangible, elegant user interfaces. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with engineers to bake design considerations deeply into the architecture of our coordination tools. We are looking for a creative problem-solver who thrives on making complex systems feel simple. A strong background in enterprise SaaS and experience designing mission-critical workflows (e.g., BPM, process mapping) is highly valued.
