Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager, you will supervise daily operations within the branch, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will be responsible for achieving business objectives and profitability according to established plans. Your role includes leading, guiding, and developing the team, distributing tasks, and monitoring performance. You will prepare work schedules and ensure the availability of workforce resources. Monitoring compliance with attendance, labor regulations, and workplace discipline is crucial. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service and efficiently handle customer complaints. Additionally, you will implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and monitor product and service quality, ensuring adherence to established standards. Overseeing inventory management and conducting regular audits to minimize waste and loss is essential. You will also manage supply requests and ensure the availability of materials and necessary resources. Supervising branch opening and closing procedures according to standard practices is part of your responsibilities. You will monitor cash handling procedures and ensure the safety of cash operations. Preparing and submitting operational reports and business performance reports to management is required. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations within the branch is also part of your role. Training new employees and monitoring the development of team skills is essential for maintaining a high-performance environment. You will execute any additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor within the scope of work. Skills: Leadership and team management skills. Communication and customer service skills.
