Technical Program Manager, GTM Systems

Anthropic is seeking a highly organized and technically adept Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the success of our Go-To-Market (GTM) systems. This role is critical for ensuring seamless product delivery from development through customer adoption. Key responsibilities include defining, building, and optimizing end-to-end GTM processes—spanning sales enablement, marketing collateral generation, and technical documentation release cycles. You will bridge the gap between core AI engineering teams and external revenue streams, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to ensure launch readiness across multiple product lines. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of SaaS deployment models and complex software lifecycles. Qualifications include previous experience managing technical programs in high-growth AI or enterprise tech environments, exceptional project management skills (Agile/Scrum), and the ability to translate highly technical requirements into actionable operational workflows.
