Overview of the Role: The HSSE Manager will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, Security, and Environment programs across all Al-Futtaim Automotive – BYD operations in KSA. Responsibilities: Loss Prevention & Risk Management (hazard identification, incident investigations, risk register); Regulatory & Statutory Compliance (Civil Defense regulations, MHRSD, HCIS, SASO, environmental clearance); Emergency Preparedness & Response (emergency response plans, evacuation drills, first aiders); Safety Culture & Behavioral Standards (Safety Committee meetings, toolbox talks, SWPs); ISO & Management System Accreditation (ISO 45001, ISO 14001); Team Leadership & Development (supervise HSSE Officers, Saudization); Reporting, Analytics & Stakeholder Management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, OHS, Environmental Sciences; NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) mandatory; IOSH Managing Safely mandatory; Minimum 6 to 12 years of progressive HSSE experience, including 3 to 5 years in management; Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
