About Company: Our client is a strategic joint venture between two market-leading companies from India and the USA, each with decades of excellence in the printing and packaging industry. An Ideal Candidate: An Ideal Candidate will be responsible for executing and monitoring daily production control activities to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing operations. Key Competencies: Production Control & Execution: Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on demand, capacity, material availability, and lead times. Coordinate with production, quality, planning, and procurement teams. Track WIP (Work-in-Progress) and production orders. Shop Floor Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor production KPIs (throughput, OEE, yield, downtime). Data & System Management: Utilize ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) for order processing, BOM tracking, routing, and reporting.
