Social Organizer
Serve as the primary field-level focal person between the project team and communities in the assigned area. Mobilize community members, particularly women, youth, vulnerable groups, and marginalized households, to participate in PAIDAR project activities. Conduct regular field visits to target grantees and maintain effective coordination and liaison with them. Facilitate community meetings, stakeholder consultations, awareness sessions, social appraisals, and other project activities. Identify potential grantees, community priorities, opportunities, concerns, and emerging issues and communicate them to the Project Lead/Supervisor. Promote inclusive participation and ensure meaningful representation of women, persons with disabilities, youth, and other vulnerable and marginalized groups. Support community awareness regarding PAIDAR interventions, eligibility criteria, available services, and project opportunities. Facilitate coordination among communities, local government departments, implementing partners, civil society organizations, and other relevant stakeholders. Assist in conducting grantee baselines, surveys, household assessments, beneficiary identification, and collection and verification of field information. Conduct field visits for social appraisals and provide necessary facilitation and technical support to grantees. Maintain updated records of grantee meetings, participants, beneficiaries, field visits, social appraisals, and other project activities. Prepare regular field visit and activity reports and submit them to the supervisor within agreed timelines. Document community feedback, complaints, challenges, lessons learned, and success stories, and ensure timely referral to the relevant project focal person. Monitor community participation and support transparent implementation of project activities in accordance with approved plans, guidelines, and principles. Coordinate with local influencers, community leaders, government representatives, and civil society organizations while maintaining the project's neutrality, impartiality, and inclusion principles. Support project teams during assessments, monitoring visits, community consultations, and other field-level activities as required.
