Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Monitor business performance and provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to senior management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in the hospitality or real estate sector. Strong network of industry contacts within Saudi Arabia or the GCC is highly desirable. Demonstrated success in identifying, negotiating, and closing high-value business opportunities. Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
