Technical Program Manager, Extensibility

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to drive the development and adoption of core extensibility features within our payments platform. This role is critical in enhancing how third-party services interact with Stripe's robust infrastructure, ensuring both stability and flexibility for developers globally. Key responsibilities include defining multi-year product roadmaps, managing complex technical dependencies across engineering teams (Backend, Frontend, Product), and acting as the nexus between product strategy and execution. You will coordinate efforts related to API standards, webhook integration, and modular system design, ensuring a seamless experience for developers building on top of Stripe. Qualifications include significant experience in payments technology or complex SaaS APIs, excellent technical acumen (understanding microservices, distributed systems), and proven program management success in a high-growth environment. Knowledge of global regulatory compliance standards will be a major plus.
