What can we help with?
Help with your account or a test
Trouble signing in, a mock test that will not submit, or a result that looks wrong — email us with your registered address and, if you can, the exam name. We can look up your attempt directly.
Report a wrong answer or explanation
Our question bank is reviewed by hand, but mistakes get through. Send the exam, the subject and the question text, and a reviewer will verify it against the official syllabus and correct it.
