HomeVision - Staff Fullstack Developer

Silver is looking for an exceptional Staff Fullstack Developer to join the HomeVision team. This senior role requires architecting and implementing large-scale features across both the frontend and backend, serving as a technical leader within the engineering department. You will define best practices, mentor junior engineers, and drive the evolution of our core product systems. Key responsibilities involve designing resilient microservices, optimizing database interactions, building high-quality RESTful APIs, and ensuring the entire stack adheres to enterprise-level standards. The successful candidate must be a true generalist with deep expertise in multiple layers of the application stack. Given that this position is fully remote but based in Argentina, autonomy, architectural thinking, and end-to-end feature ownership are paramount. You will significantly impact the reliability and scalability of the HomeVision platform.
