Quality & GRC Specialist
Responsible for maintaining quality management systems and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks in line with Saudi regulatory requirements (SDAIA, NCA, SAMA, CST, etc. as applicable) and international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 31000). Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain QMS documentation, policies, and procedures. Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and gap analyses against regulatory and ISO standards. Monitor compliance with KSA-specific regulations (e.g., NCA ECC/CSCC, PDPL, SAMA CSF where relevant). Track corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) and support certification/re-certification audits. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, IT, or related field. 3–5+ years' experience in Quality/GRC roles, preferably in KSA. Knowledge of ISO 9001/27001, NCA controls, PDPL.
