Engineering Manager - Site Reliability & Observability (x/f/m)

Are you a seasoned engineering leader passionate about resilience and system health? Doctolib is looking for an Engineering Manager to own our Site Reliability and Observability strategy. You will manage and mentor a team responsible for ensuring the high availability and performance of our most critical services across multiple international markets. Key responsibilities include defining SLIs/SLOs, implementing proactive monitoring systems, managing incident response processes, and driving improvements in our deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in large-scale distributed systems, deep knowledge of modern observability stacks (metrics, logs, traces), and a proven track record of leading high-performing SRE teams under pressure.
