This role involves managing a talented team focused on optimizing appointment booking logic, improving user flows, and scaling the underlying technical infrastructure. You will bridge product vision with engineering reality, making key architectural decisions that affect millions of bookings daily. Responsibilities include defining roadmaps for complex scheduling features (e.g., multi-resource allocation, cancellation policies), mentoring engineers, and ensuring the platform can handle massive scale spikes across different countries. Experience in highly concurrent systems and a passion for optimizing user experiences are paramount.
