Senior Associate, Compliance Advisory

Chime is seeking a highly detail-oriented Senior Associate to join the Compliance Advisory team. This role is critical for advising internal teams and external partners on evolving financial regulations and best practices. Key responsibilities include conducting deep-dive regulatory analysis across different markets (e.g., consumer lending, payments), developing comprehensive compliance workflows, and translating complex legal requirements into actionable business policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of fintech compliance risks, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. You will collaborate closely with Legal, Risk Management, and Product teams to ensure Chime maintains its regulatory integrity while scaling its offerings.
