Senior Manager - Cluster Security

The Senior Manager of Cluster Security will define, implement, and govern the comprehensive security strategy across Cerebras's high-performance computing clusters. This executive role is responsible for ensuring that all hardware and software components adhere to industry best practices and strict regulatory compliance (e.g., SOC 2). Key responsibilities include managing security architecture design reviews, leading the incident response lifecycle at scale, mentoring a team of security engineers, and developing robust access control mechanisms across multi-tenant environments. The successful candidate must have deep technical knowledge of distributed systems security, experience working in mission-critical data centers, and proven leadership skills to drive security maturity improvements organization-wide. This is a crucial, hands-on management role based on our Sunnyvale campus.
