Own the local content agenda across legal entities and projects in scope — from tender-stage local content (LC) calculations and certification support through to annual entity LC audits and ongoing project performance monitoring. Responsibilities: coordinate and support annual LC certification audits, perform contract-level LC audits, prepare LC calculation files, bid/tender support, performance monitoring & reporting, regulatory & authority liaison with LCGPA, and cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Legal, and HR. Qualifications: Saudi national. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering or related. 5–8 years’ experience in local content, audit, compliance or analytical finance function within KSA. Strong knowledge of LCGPA regulations.
