Company: Tshweash Creative Agency Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Job Type: Full-time (On-site) About the Role: Tshweash Creative Agency is looking for a highly organized and professional Community Manager to join our team. You will be the voice of our clients' brands, responsible for building engaged and sustainable digital communities. This role requires a structured, disciplined workflow for daily operations and paid ad campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Manage clients' social profiles end-to-end (Scheduling, Smart Inbox, Publishing). - Develop and maintain clear community management workflows and response guidelines. - Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn to maximize ROI. - Analyze performance data and generate comprehensive performance reports. - Monitor online trends, conversations, and brand mentions through Social Listening. Skills: - Proven experience as a Community Manager (agency experience strongly preferred). - Proficiency in Sprout Social is strongly preferred. - Strong experience managing paid ad platforms and tracking key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA). - A well-defined, organized daily workflow and strong time management. - Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
