Operations Coordinator

Operations Coordinator. Location: Karachi. Full Time. Morning Shift. The Wise Services is a Karachi-based IT services company delivering managed services and operational support across Pakistan. We are seeking an Operations Coordinator for Control to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of control processes, documentation, and cross-functional coordination between operations, IT, and client-facing teams. The role reports to the Operations Manager and is based in our Karachi office. Key responsibilities include: Coordinate and monitor operational control activities to ensure compliance with internal procedures and client SLAs. Maintain and update operational control documentation, logs, and dashboards; implement version control and access procedures. Act as the primary point of contact for operational incidents: log issues, escalate to technical teams, and track resolution until closure. Schedule and facilitate regular control reviews, status meetings, and post-incident reviews with stakeholders. Assist in process improvement initiatives by collecting performance data, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing corrective actions. Support onboarding of new control processes and train staff on operational checklists and compliance. Requirements: Proven coordination and operational monitoring experience in IT services or managed services environments. Strong documentation skills; familiarity with maintaining logs, SOPs, and version control. Incident management and escalation experience; ability to track issues through to resolution. Proficiency with MS Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting; familiarity with dashboards or BI tools is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for stakeholder updates and report writing. Ability to run meetings, prepare agendas, and produce concise minutes and action trackers. Analytical mindset with experience in basic process improvement techniques (root cause analysis, trend monitoring). Organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
