Senior Software Developer, Developer Experience (DevX)

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to drive the Developer Experience (DevX) mission at Robinhood in Toronto. Your primary responsibility will be improving the efficiency and quality of our internal developer tooling and platform infrastructure. This involves building robust APIs, enhancing CI/CD pipelines, and creating seamless development workflows for hundreds of engineers across multiple teams. You will need expertise in modern backend technologies, coupled with a deep understanding of what frustrates developers—and how to solve it with code. Key contributions include developing standardized local development environments and performance-testing developer tools at scale. This role is ideal for an engineer who loves optimizing systems for productivity and has a passion for creating excellent internal platforms.
