The Board & Committee Secretary will be responsible for coordinating and managing the activities of the Board of Directors and its affiliated committees. The role ensures that meetings, resolutions, governance records, and related documentation are managed accurately, confidentially, and in accordance with applicable regulations and governance standards. Key Accountabilities: Prepare Board and committee meeting agendas; Issue meeting invitations; Organize and coordinate meetings; Prepare accurate meeting minutes; Communicate approved decisions; Follow up on the implementation of resolutions; Maintain official records; Support compliance with governance requirements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Corporate Governance, or related field; Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; At least 5 years of direct experience working with Boards of Directors and Board Committees; Fluency in Arabic and English.
