Operations Supervisor - Health Food Company A leading health food company is seeking to attract exceptional national talent for the position of Operations Supervisor to contribute to overseeing daily operations and ensuring the highest quality standards for our clients. Required Qualifications: - Language: Proficiency in speaking and writing in English. - Experience: Proven operational experience in managing work teams and task distribution. - Negotiation Skills: Excellent experience in dealing and negotiating with suppliers. - Leadership Skills: High ability to guide, monitor, and motivate employees. - Work Background: Preference for those with experience in the food and beverage (F&B) sector or health food companies. Key Responsibilities: - Direct daily supervision of operational processes and ensuring their smoothness. - Managing and directing the work team, scheduling tasks, and evaluating performance. - Continuous communication with suppliers, negotiating prices, and efficiently managing inventory. - Monitoring the application of food quality and safety standards at all stages. - Preparing and submitting periodic reports in both Arabic and English to senior management.
