Software Engineer, Agents

Mirage is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our specialized 'Agents' team. This role focuses on the core architecture of autonomous AI agents that power our product suite. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing robust backend services that allow these agents to interact with various APIs, manage complex state, and execute multi-step workflows effectively. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in scalable backend systems (e.g., using Python/Go) and experience working with large language models (LLMs). Key tasks involve implementing agentic logic, ensuring reliability across distributed services, and improving system latency for real-time performance. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of critical components from design through deployment. Join us to help define the next generation of AI interactions.
