Growth Engineer

LotusHealth is seeking an exceptional Growth Engineer who bridges the gap between software development and marketing strategy. This role requires strong engineering skills combined with a deep understanding of user behavior and conversion funnels. You will be responsible for building data-driven features, implementing A/B tests, and optimizing product workflows to maximize user adoption and retention. Key responsibilities include integrating analytics tools into the codebase, developing automated growth mechanisms (e.g., onboarding flows, referral systems), and analyzing funnel drop-off points. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer who thrives in fast-paced, iterative environments and is passionate about using code to solve business problems.
