QA/QC & HSE Officer

To ensure that all workshop activities comply with client specifications, applicable standards, quality requirements, and HSE regulations. The role is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, monitoring production quality, maintaining quality documentation, enforcing safety requirements, and supporting internal and external audits in accordance with ISO 9001 and client requirements (e.g., Saudi Aramco). Key Responsibilities: Inspect incoming materials and verify Material Test Certificates (MTCs). Prepare material receiving, rejection, replacement, and inspection reports. Conduct in-process and final inspections. Issue and follow up Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions. Prepare and maintain quality records, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and project quality dossiers. Ensure measuring equipment is calibrated and calibration records are maintained. Support ISO 9001 implementation and internal/external audits. Review welding, coating, and NDT documentation, where applicable. Ensure compliance with HSE policies and client safety requirements. Conduct safety inspections, monitor PPE compliance, report hazards, and maintain HSE records. Coordinate with production, clients, inspectors, and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety compliance. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. 3+ years of experience in QA/QC and HSE within steel fabrication or manufacturing. Experience with major industrial clients (e.g., Saudi Aramco) is an advantage. Preferred Certifications: ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, QA/QC Inspector, OSHA 30-Hour or IOSH, First Aid, H2S Awareness, Welding Inspection.
