Telesales Representative

Flexsource International is hiring experienced Telesales Representatives for an Air Duct Cleaning Campaign. Key Responsibilities: * Handle outbound and inbound customer calls professionally. * Communicate with customers regarding air duct cleaning services. * Identify customer needs and present suitable services. * Convert leads into successful sales and appointments. * Maintain professional customer relationships. * Meet individual and campaign sales targets. * Follow company procedures and maintain accurate customer information. Compensation: PKR 35,000–60,000 + commission. Work is on-site in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 6, Karachi. * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. * Experience as a Team Leader (TL) or Closer in an Air Duct Cleaning campaign is highly preferred. * Strong verbal communication and sales skills. * Ability to handle customer conversations confidently. * Willingness to work the night shift. * Availability for an on-site position in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 6, Karachi.
