Industrial Services/ Facilities Manager

Responsibilities: Develop the business model for the business division for Industrial Services/ Facility Management (ISM), working closely with stakeholders and be responsible for the initial roll out of the same at operational levels. Develop the business plan for the Industrial Services/ Facility Management (ISM) business division. High priority will be given to individuals who have actively and directly served/ worked with key clients such as ARAMCO, SABIC, MAADEN, PIF projects etc. Create and Identify appropriate go to market strategy for the business unit. Skills: Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse team. Excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
