Key Responsibilities: * Greet customers and process cash and electronic transactions efficiently. * Issue receipts and confirmations, ensuring the accuracy of data. * Verify the accuracy of cash balances and return excess funds to customers. * Safeguard the fund's assets and ensure they are not used for personal purposes. * Reconcile the fund's balance with transactions at the end of the day. * Prepare and submit daily reports according to established procedures. * Operate point-of-sale devices and handle various payment processing tasks. * Monitor refund and cancellation processes according to policies and procedures. * Report any discrepancies or errors in the fund immediately. * Maintain confidentiality of financial information and customer data. * Adhere to company policies and security procedures to ensure customer safety. * Perform any other related duties as assigned by the direct manager. Skills: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Previous experience in cashiering or customer service preferred. * Proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems and accounting software. * Accuracy and attention to detail with a sense of responsibility. * Strong customer service skills. * Ability to work under pressure and in peak times. * Adherence to schedules and ability to work within established procedures.
