The manufacturing facility specializes in the production of aluminum and glass products, requiring a skilled Factory Manager. Responsibilities include: Achieving monthly sales targets and ensuring timely delivery of products. Overseeing daily production operations and ensuring efficiency. Scheduling and managing production timelines to meet delivery commitments. Comprehensive knowledge in manufacturing doors, windows, and architectural glass products. Collaborating with the sales team to align production goals with market demands. Managing the production team and assigning tasks to meet production targets. Monitoring inventory levels and managing stock effectively. Familiarity with quality standards and safety regulations in manufacturing. Preparing reports for upper management at the end of each month. Qualifications: Minimum of seven years of experience in managing manufacturing operations for aluminum and glass products. Comprehensive knowledge of systems, practices, and types of aluminum used in the Saudi Arabian market. Experience in reading blueprints. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and provide solutions to challenges.
