Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Internal Applications

Cohere is seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build and maintain our critical internal applications. This role is pivotal in streamlining how our global teams operate, improving efficiency across product development, engineering infrastructure, and business operations. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise solutions that manage everything from developer tooling to administrative portals. Key responsibilities include writing clean, performant code using modern frameworks, designing resilient backend APIs, and collaborating cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders. Ideal candidates possess a strong full-stack background (e.g., React/Angular on the front-end, Python/Go on the back-end) and thrive in an environment where their work directly impacts operational efficiency.
