Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale building construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex, high-value residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. Priority consideration will be given to candidates with prior experience working within Chinese-funded or Chinese-managed construction enterprises, as well as those who have successfully delivered work on the Qiddiyah megaproject or similar Giga-projects in the Kingdom. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of one or more large-scale building construction projects with multiple subcontractors and interfaces. Schedule & Cost Control: Develop and manage master schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project), monitor progress, and implement corrective actions. Quality & HSE: Enforce strict quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures and promote a zero-incident HSE culture. Stakeholder Management: Serve as primary point of contact for client, consultant, design teams, and local authorities. Subcontractor & Supply Chain Management: Procure, negotiate, and manage subcontractors and suppliers. Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Team Development: Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary team. Compliance: Ensure full adherence to Saudi building codes and contract conditions (FIDIC).
