Overseas Recruitment supports the Recruitment Manager in sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates from international markets. The role involves coordinating with external recruitment agencies, managing candidate selection processes, and ensuring that overseas recruitment activities are completed efficiently and in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing overseas recruitment plans based on workforce requirements. Source and attract qualified candidates through international recruitment channels. Coordinate with overseas recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers. Review CVs and shortlist candidates according to job requirements. Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates. Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers. Assist with job offers and employment negotiations. Follow up on pre-employment requirements, medical examinations, and document verification. Coordinate visa, immigration, and overseas hiring procedures with the relevant departments. Maintain and regularly update the candidate database. Prepare recruitment status reports and track vacancies. Monitor and evaluate the performance of external recruitment agencies. Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and applicable labor and immigration regulations. Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, reduce hiring time, and control recruitment costs. Resolve recruitment-related issues and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition; overseas recruitment or manpower recruitment experience is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners. Good knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
