Conduct regular field visits to branches to ensure quality of operations, service level, and cleanliness. Monitor the performance of branch managers and staff, providing ongoing guidance, training, and evaluation. Ensure branch readiness regarding product availability, supplies, and equipment. Monitor inventory and reduce waste and loss in coordination with relevant departments. Address customer complaints and work on improving their satisfaction levels. Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational continuity efficiently. Prepare and submit regular reports related to sales, operational performance, challenges, and recommendations. Follow up on the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional offers within branches. Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety, and occupational health and safety regulations. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field, preferably with a relevant qualification and practical experience. Experience of at least 3 years in branch supervision or sales management, preferably in the café, restaurant, or retail sector.
