NDT Level 2 Inspector (2nd Shift)

Airbus US Manufacturing Facility is looking for an NDT Level 2 Inspector (2nd Shift) to join our Manufacturing department based in Mobile, AL. The breadth of exposure as an NDT Level II Inspector is immense, as the organization is responsible for a large diversity of inspection types across A220 and A320 programs. You have the ability to engage with the process to provide continuous improvement to complete the mission and to be part of Airbus' strategy to enhance its global competitiveness. Your challenges: Perform a large diversity of NDT inspections (ET, UT and PT) across A220 and A320 programs. Interpret, evaluate, communicate, and report findings to production and engineering teams. Interpret and review engineering drawings as required. Perform and/ or Support the development of NDT inspection techniques for complex geometries and confined spaces. Assist in training and developing others within the team. Conducts tests to resolve if parts meet quality specifications or specifying discontinuities. Ensures strict alignment to safety laws. Prepare the respective inspection reports, mappings and documents related to the inspection record.
