Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end HR operations; employee lifecycle, HRIS, payroll coordination, benefits, and HR documentation; Develop and execute HR policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure HR operations and applicable labour laws; Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, investigations, and workplace conduct; Drive HR programs such as performance management, learning, and culture initiatives; Lead exit debriefs, automation, reporting, and operational efficiency; Lead and drive strategies to create/maintain a team and ensure high-quality HR service delivery.
