Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by HEC of Pakistan, preferably in HR. Candidates having a Master's degree and / or HR certifications, such as SAP, SHRM-CP / SCP, CHRP, etc. would be preferred. Minimum 06 years of working experience in Human Resources, with at least 04 years in Talent Management and / or HR Relationship Management and / or Career Development and / or Employee Relations and / or HR Operations. Candidates having experience of working in banking and / or large-scale organization would be preferred.
