Material Sourcing & Procurement: Identify, evaluate, and procure all finishing materials including gypsum boards, metal studs, ceiling systems, floorings, wall coverings, paints, joinery, glass, aluminum systems, sanitary ware. Supplier Management, Tendering & Cost Control, Technical Compliance, Logistics & Delivery, Inventory & Quality.
