Senior Civil Procurement Engineer
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our Procurement team in KSA. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing technical procurement activities, vendor coordination, material evaluation, and cost optimization for large-scale construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Review civil material submittals, specifications, and BOQs. Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and project teams. Handle RFQs, technical comparisons, and vendor evaluations. Support procurement planning and material delivery schedules. Ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards. Participate in cost control and value engineering initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. 8+ years of experience in construction procurement. Strong knowledge of civil materials and suppliers in KSA.
