As a Technical Account Manager for LocalStack based in Brazil, you will be the strategic bridge between our advanced cloud platform and our enterprise clientele. This vital role requires you to deep-dive into client infrastructure needs, ensuring that they extract maximum value from our local services. Key responsibilities include leading discovery calls, developing tailored adoption roadmaps, and acting as a subject matter expert during critical planning phases. You must manage the entire client relationship health score—from technical satisfaction to business growth potential. The successful candidate will possess superior communication skills in both English and Portuguese (a plus), coupled with experience advising on distributed systems architecture.
