Tamayyaz is a Nationalization Development Program that enables Saudi talents to acquire needed skills & knowledge within the hospitality field. Position Objective: Maximize hotel revenue and guest satisfaction by receiving, handling, and processing guest reservations under the direction of the Space Controller. Responsibilities: Greet guests over the phone, record reservation information accurately, inform other departments of VIP arrivals, process deposits, manage inventory control, up-selling. Requirements: Tamayyaz Program for Saudi Nationals Only. Open to candidates with little to no work experience. Basic English skills.
